Skincare is personal. If a product doesn't agree with your skin, we want to make it right.
How it works
- Email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (EU) or instructions (rest of world).
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
What's eligible
All Celavelle products are eligible, opened or unopened. We only ask that you return whatever's left of the bottle so we can track batch quality.
